Finally..

Finally,after almost a year, da officially ours...alhamdulillah...

Last year we've decided nak beli ruma ni..tp bknla ruma landed since ms tu xjmp uma landed yg berkenan n mampu..so ktrg decide bli ruma kecil shj sbgai permulaan as investment..squareft umah ni pn quite besa utk size apartment/pangsapuri..kwsan ni mmg selalu org cari nak sewa.plus sbb die ade 4bilik+2 toilets,cm ag sng nk sewakan kot nnt2 nk sewakn kn.so tk pk pnjg tros bli sbb uma len suma kosong.yg ni je owner lama da fully renovate n ade few brg yg die tgglkan..

Ramai la tanya ktrg brp kne prepare duet..so meh aii bg rough idea...

1) deposit- depends on your loan nk 100% ke 90% ke.but sy x syorkan korg amik 100% tu sbb interest die akn jd tinggi!cm ktrg,ktrg markup hrga uma,amik 90% loan..n 90% tu nearly harga sbnr ruma.topup duet sendiri around 3% je :p

2) study bank mane yg offer interest rate rendah! Ni pn depends kt hrga ruma.ms ktrg aritu,bnk yg ktrg amik ni plg rendah compare to bank2 lain.

3)lawyer-s&p n loan.ade dua yer.jgn salah phm.tp if korg beli ruma br dr developer sndri,sila la bargain sbb sLunye developer akn cover lawyer fees ni.mcm ktrg rumah ats org so lwyer fees for s&p byr sndri..lawyer fees for loan lak msk finance.sila study yer kadar yg sepatutnye..cm ktrg ritu dlm 6% dr hrga ruma utk both lawyer fees.
